Create legislation to add the United States Dollar to the Schedule 1 category of the Controlled Substances Act.

Most of the wealth in the United States in concentrated in a very small minority of executives or businessmen who use cheap exploitable overseas labor to save money and legal loopholes to avoid taxation in order to keep as much of their money as possible to maintain their control and power. Currency is a buffer for trade, not something to be accumulated for power's sake. It is being abused by some in no different of a fashion than heroin is by heroin addicts. This abuse affects and hinders the lives of MANY innocent people much in the way a drug addict's abuse does. The USD also fits all 3 requirements for Schedule 1. This should qualify the United States Dollar for categorization under Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act.
