With the US Congressional approval rates at an all time low, the American people are stuck with a congress that has zero accountability to the people in which it is supposed to represent. The US Citizens' power to dictate the outcomes of issues that it deems important are constantly pushed aside and ignored. The Government that is supposed to be a representation of its people is instead a representation of its corporations or the whims of the self interested politicians who cling to power through insatiable greed. The power of the vote for the American citizen is at an all time low as well as the idea of free speech has been transformed into the amount of purchasing power in one's bank account. Americans need the ability to completely purge all Congressional members every voting cycle.
