Recently an unconstitutional verdict was reached in the Dariano vs Morgan hill unified school district case. This isn't ok to ban students from wearing the American flag because they may offend someone.Many Military members and Veterans have fought and died to protect our rights of freedom of speech and expression. Our flag was raised on Mount Suribachi on Iwo Jima and is a symbol of our National Anthem.
Home owners associations aren't following the freedom to display the American Flag act of 2005. There needs to be a revision to make it illegal for a home owners association to tell you when you may or may not display your flag.
As an American Veteran I'm offended that federally funded schools are allowed to ban students from wearing an American flag shirt because it may be offensive.
