Reduce fossil fuel dependence.
Increase home building sector jobs.
Foster small business enterprises.
Foster technological advances in energy reduction in the private sector.
Send a message to Wall Street that past practices have led the public to eliminate or greatly reduce the entitlement that fund managers feel with the peoples money.
Reverse the regulations created by Wall Street which seriously limits the right of the consumer to manage their own retirement.
