create legislation for a national vote to amend the Constitution to limit terms of both the House and Senate to two term

This petition would introduce legislation that would allow a national vote on whether to amend the Constitution to limit terms of the House and Senate to only two terms in either the House or Senate. These terms do not have to be consecutive but are limited to only two. There is much interest in a national vote for these limits in reigning in the dysfunction in our Government. When I questioned my Congressman, he would not introduce this legislation on my behalf but said he would support if it came to the floor. Let's see if we can change the landscape of our Country.
