Famously, Walmart and other companies are now reconfiguring their work force and dropping existing full time workers, such as myself, to part time, thus skirting the responsibility of providing care to minimum wage employees.
As it stands now, most of us minimum wage employees will either start paying for our voucher systems with money we already don't have, or paying a fine for ignoring the voucher system, again with money that we used to earn.
Losing 1 day out of 5, is a 20% loss teamed with now being required to supply our own health care.
This should not be allowed to occur.
