Create legislation to put unregulated media under the control of the F.C.C. This includes satellite radio, and podcasts.

Created by N.C. on November 18, 2012

New legislation would require satellite radio, pod-casts, and streaming media to be strictly controled under the same laws that radio and television must comply with. The FCC would then regulated all new forms of digital media.

Children today through various forms of digital media are listening to unregulated and uncensored pornograpic adult content. They are exposed to information promoting drug use, homosexuality, socialism, anarchy and the occult.

By placing all forms of new digital media content under the authority of the FCC, obscene shows such as The Adam Carolla Show and Penn's Sunday School can be banned.
