Although desperate recession has sometimes been alleviated by stagnating prosperity the American economy is far from recovery. While job creators has often been touted as the eventual champions of our economies restoration, this praise allows job creators to exert their indisputable leverage during the hiring process. Their ability to exert this leverage is rooted in their right to act in accordance with their economic, self-interest. This allows job creators to obfuscate salary/wage information through employment advertisements. This often prevents prospective employees from achieving the same standard of efficiency in acting in accordance with their economic-self interest.
