In an attempt to recapture the Publics right to sole representation by Federal employees I hear by propose legislation that will address any potential conflict of interest on the part of those sworn to serve.
1. It is illegal for any Federal employee, elected, appointed or hired to receive any contributions for any purpose in money, goods or services from any individual, group, company, corporation or organization.
2. It is illegal for any employee, current or past to work on behalf of or provide access for groups, companies, corporations or organizations to influence in any way Public employees, elections or legislation pending or proposed before the Government.
