Every licensed craft electricians,plumbers,Hvac,doctors ect.. Must maintain by law a general liability policy to protect the innocent.
Even automobile owners must carry the same as above.
I support the right to bare arms and protect yourself if need be.
But suppose a person shoots the bad guy and misses, hit an innocent person or child? Who pays all the bills accumulated? How much of this is passed onto the taxpayer through right offs??
