We the people of the United States request that there be major reforms to the current entitlement programs as follows.
A. Impose a lifetime cap on benefits received, so as to stop the cycle of lifetime dependency on benefits. Use the funds that would have paid past the limits to instead invest in real financially planning and budgeting training and work skills training.
B. If you receive entitlement funds during the year, your federal and state refunds will go towards the entitlement programs you received aid from to help fund the programs.
C. Tax Refunds can not exceed funds paid in taxes that current year minus a minimum tax liability for all tax payers. This will ensure all taxpayers pay a portion of the federal budget and will remove robin hood style tax refund redistribution.
