Create a limit on how much trash each household, building, apartment, etc, can have.

We have so much trash, which we can recycle or use as compost. The amount of trash we have is over the top. We are destroying natural wild lands by land fills that are placed out in the country. We are destroying different habitats and injuring animals. Our land fills stretch over too much land. \ A solution for this is to put limits on how much garbage we use. Each household, building, apartment, etcetera should have a limit. Limits should differ with the amount of people and if it is a business how big the business is. That is what we need to do reduce the size of landfills.
