To keep jobs in America and help those who are struggling to get back on their feet there should be a maximum amount of jobs that can be outsourced to countries outside of the USA. The limit for each company should be determined by the amount of employees they have. Though outsourcing by be a cheaper option for a company, it's expensive for the American economy. How will we decrease the deficit if American jobs don't stay in America?
