create limits regarding the tuition of higher education and the standardized test-prep organization/industry

Created by A.L. on April 18, 2013

The privatization of higher education is clearly present in the United States today. As a student working in high school to attempt to enroll in one of the many colleges in the United States is no easy task.
Education has degraded into a black and white situation (for most) where the people who have the financial means to pay for various tests/classes/prep have a considerable higher chance of making it into a great university or college.
The test-prep industry, relatively new, already has a market of $500 million to $1 billion in the U.S. alone. This industry further alienates those without the financial means to provide children with standardized test-prep children need to stay competitive.
Education isn't meant to be for the few. It is meant for all. And money shouldn't stand in the way.
