This petition is for a Federal Loan Program that provides a low interest loan to all interested Americans, that will allow families or individuals to pay for dental care, including orthodontics, and repay the loan over an extended period of time at a minimum monthly payment. Defaulted loans would be subject to having that parties loan repaid by having their tax refund intercepted.
