Create a " Magna Carta " type ruling to restrict federal government involvement in state, economic and personal affairs.

This petition would restrict the federal government from interfering in medical, insurance, economic and personal affairs except where a criminal law has been broken.
The people have a right to control their own choice in medicine without having federal government forcefully advocate insurance which is a private business.
If a business is failing, another private business will pick up the pieces, and thus create jobs without federal government spending.
The Constitution and the Declaration of the rights of man and the citizen is the law of this country which cannot be altered, restricted or deleted by the federal government or especially any other form of government such as the U.N.
