Create a mail forwarding address for victims of identity theft.

The government should establish a national address that all identity theft victims can use to have mail from fraudulent addresses used in theft of their identify. This address would be used in mail forwarding requests using the fraud address and the name in filing reports with the US post office. This would allow all the mail to get to agencies that can track and process these for finding the bad actors.
