Make it criminal for welfare and section - 8 recipients that test positive for illegal drugs. Many hard working citizens must endure drug testing in order to obtain and hold a job in the private and government sectors. As taxpayers, we STRONGLY Object to those receiving our hard earned tax dollars in the form of welfare to be using drugs illegaly.
