2013 has been a year that has seen an overflow of police violence. We ask out troops to be especially mindful of the Rules of Engagement while overseas, but our police are becoming increasingly violent to us, often causing cold cases and cover ups.
It is our belief that police should be held to higher standards than the people they are charged to protect. We have seen police and SWAT units disperse death as a first resort, often killing innocent people and their pets by mistake.
In worst case scenarios, we expect brave police who put their lives on the line to protect and serve the public, not to shoot innocent people at traffic stops and while serving warrants.
The Federal Government shall investigate every report of excessive violence, and death caused by city and state police.
