This would be the best scenario in removing the homeless from the streets and creating a new opportunity for those who are not able to stand on their own. Allowing them the opportunity to regroup, have a living space and job training for jobs that will be able to pay enough to sustain them. This should be available not only for individuals, but whole families that are homeless. This will create jobs for social workers, nurses, janitors, etc. This is also a great way to boost the economy. Homeless shelters in almost every state are full. Convert the homeless shelters and abandoned schools, apartment complexes and factories. Also boosting jobs in the architectural industry and construction. Create and credit amnesty for people of low income across the board so that they can purchase homes.
