Create a Mandatory Registration for Illegal Aliens from other planets.

Immigration is founded on three principles;
the reunification of families, admitting immigrants with skills that are valuable to the U.S. economy, and protecting refugees.
This Mandatory Registration will allow us to help identify those who have been separated from their families, so that when their family does arrive we can reunite them. It will also provide a number of previously undiscovered technology and skills, that can be added to our national resources. This registration will also help us provide long term shelter and support for those who have become removed from their homes. Which could in turn provide us with very loyal and patriotic America citizens, with the abilities to provide us with previously undiscovered resources.
