We have a minimum wage. Let's have a maximum wage.
I propose a 20X policy. The highest paid person in any company doing business in the US can only make 20x what the lowest paid person makes. (This includes stock options, company cars, jets, expense accounts, etc.)
Janitor = $30k/yr
CEO = $600k/yr
If the CEO wants a raise, the JANITOR gets a raise too.
The more money people make, the more they have to spend/tax and the better our economy gets.
