Create by means of executive order/legislation: the"Slavery Era African-American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act"

Under the umbrella of the Dept. of Interior, and enforceable by means of law, an act by congress and/or executive order that protects the unmarked final resting places or the repatriation of Slavery Era African-American descendants; whom without the benefits of civil rights and basic freedoms require our national care and respect in the face of development on both private and publics lands. Moreover, the establishment of a national memorial and place of rest to be established at the birthplace of John Brown, Torrington, CT.
Accordingly, a National Cemetery and place of remembrance will be established under the care of the National Park Service, and care for the culturally associated grave goods under the direction of African-American clergy, communities and civil rights groups.
