Create a mechanical police officer to protect the streets

Created by J.Y. on March 07, 2014

Police officers are fine, but are able to miss crime in progress, and can have a biased opinion. The government should start producing robotic police officers that have the directives: Serve the public trust, protect the innocent, and uphold the law. These bots would have a hard drive containing all criminal records and facial recognition features. They must have the latest technology available. If someone starts an armed robbery, a couple of bullet proof robots with heavy machine guns on their arms could stop it pretty easily. This could be the future of law enforcement.
