To create a Medal of Honor for civilian Americans who have given their lives to protect those of their fellow Americans.

I would like for the Obama Administration to create a Medal of Honor for civilian Americans who have given their lives to save the lives of their fellow Americans. I belive this is important to the ones who have lost a loved one but have saved someone else's. This would help restore faith and trust within our civilian population. America needs it's people to know that honor extends beyond Military duties and that being a civilian is just as dangerous in these days and times. I respectfully request the Honorable President Obama and his Administration to consider my request as a loyal American. Thank you.
