Considering the monuments and shrines that exist for supposed nobility. Essentially people who have accomplished, nor done anything for society but to line their own pockets; the people of the United States should honor a real hero by erecting a shrine or monument for Louis Zamperini. A 100 years from now we should remember people like him, and the INCREDIBLE legacy he left behind. The movie "Unbroken" shows a portion of what this man withstood for his country, and this man needs to be remembered, not just through a movie, but through a statue, and/or a memorial honoring his contribution to America. This man (as well as many others) endured so much, but Louis gave himself to his country, through his Olympic skills as well as through the Military. We owe him. Thank you, Angelina Jolie too.
