Daily, 50% of students struggle with regular classes that are not challenging enough while honors classes are just too challenging. There is no middle ground between regular and honor classes, therefore students who are mentally stuck in between cannot get the best education for themselves.
Regular class students do not always take class seriously which can be frustrating to students who do take it seriously. On the other hand, honors classes can be too vigorous for serious students who want good grades and to learn more than just basic teachings. conclusively, a whole sector of students would benefit from a middle ground curriculum by being challenged at their own level.
