Since the "numb skulls" in Congress won't follow or vote positively on your new Jobs bill nor create their own, I suggest you create job opportunities yourself as our President. Under the constitution you are allowed the flexibility to protect the country economically by Executive order You could very legitimately direct the protection of infrastructures like roads, bridges, schools and others. You can direct various government offices to create and manage these jobs until our bridges, roads, schools, etc are fixed or rebuilt.
If that takes 2+ million people to handle then it is more likely our economy will rebound. Yes, this is a bold move but defendable based on what has come to be the most unique time in our country's economic history.
