by creating a wage min/max. based on education and regulating profit margin of company's you can create a country with only middle class. for example 1 person with a high school education could make 12.50 an hour min and 16.50 an hour max. if that person wants to make more they may get a associates degree and move their wage to 17.00 an hour min 21.00 an hour max etc. and by limiting the profits of company's you force them to reduce prices and raise wages. the examples used are not definite. research must be done to find appropriate wages and profit restrictions
