Create a minor party campaign fund, funded by 30% of gross contributions received by major party candidates participating in presidential elections.
This fund would be divided evenly between all minor party presidential candidates who achieve ballot in enough states to have a mathematical chance of winning an election.
Similar funds should also be encourage on a state level to provide greater public access to minor party candidates in all elections.
