Create a Missing or Exploited Child Alert without Descriptive Details

Every 40 Seconds in America a Child Disappears. Most of these Children make it back to their parents through quick thinking actions and pictures being released. News sources can be behind in reporting that a child is missing by hours. Children with special needs that go missing are at a greater danger than most. With their limited life reasoning skills, learning disabilities, or other mental capabilities that are in grave danger when they vanish. It is imperative that a new Alert System be established, especially for children that go missing with mental health needs. Each state can not handle the capacity of every 40 seconds, but they can handle the capacity of a special needs child wandering away from home.
