Create a mobile app for voting and allow for its use. It would allow more people to vote.

I would like for the government to create an app/website that would be a one stop shop for voters. It would then register and let them vote with encryption and security. People use apps for their bank accounts and other high security items. Voting should be included and allowed. It would allow people who would be stuck at work and other places the chance to vote.
