Create a Monthly National Lottery to pay for national Debt
Utilize any one of the existing active lottery organizations and allow GAO to over see their efforts. As much as possible disallow this to become a business enterprise, its sole purpose is to serve the nation and the lucky few who win. Test the waters with one sample lottery before making a full commitment.
Remove all tax liabilities for the lottery, no individual or states or organization is to asses taxes on tickets sale or on the prize.
Do not allow this to be the sole or primary means to reduce debt, all other efforts are to continue.
