Create more awareness on Shaken Baby Syndrome in the state of Texas in Deleysas' honor.

Deleysa was shaken at 4 months old. She is now 2 yrs old and is blind has cerebral palsy cant eat or drink cant walk or crawl. I feel like all this could have been prevented if there was more awareness going on in the state of Texas. Require hospitals to give out information to new parents before been released. Require pediatricians to have pamphlets availabe that contain information on shaken baby syndrome and phone numbers for parents to call in case they need the help. Require WIC clinics to give one class a month about Shaken Baby Syndrome and to give out informational pamphlets as well. Start a child abuse registry and require all persons been convicted of a child abuse crime to register. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFRENCE LETS BE THEIR VOICE!!!!
