90% of the large fish in our Oceans ie. Sharks, Tuna, Billfish have already been killed. The fish we eat today are the size of the fish our grandparents used for bait. The average Blue Shark in the 1960's weighed 145 pounds, today the average is only 48 pounds. Only one tenth of one percent of our Oceans are protected. We need to establish Federal Fishing reserves that ban all commercial fishing in order to help regain fish populations to sustainable levels.
