It has shown that state run schools have failed and been corrupted. More federal schools mean more equal standards for students and everyone learns the same and maximum amount. Instead of national competition, have international competition. Some foreign schools do better than we Americans do because they have national collaboration. Government spending is not enough, besides most states are not using what money they receive honestly.
