From Columbine to the most recent shooting in Isla Vista, CA, there have been far too many shootings done by those with mental health issues, and too little done about it. We need more impatient care facilities, better funding for current facilities, more affordable mental health care services, and campaigns to fight the stigma of mental health disorder. This isn't a partisan issue - this is a national health care problem that the government needs to deal with seriously.
