create more money and funding of Post Secondary Education Opportunities' for "All American Citizens".

Create additional United States Government Funding for all People of the United States to enter any Post Secondary Education for Job Training, Retraining, and Undergraduate Professional Studies. This should include: Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree, and Bachelorette Degree Programs that would lead to Job Training and Employment Success. There is not enough JTPA/WIA Funding available nor enough student loan money available to pay for such education. The Government now limits the amount that Undergraduate students can borrow for such Education. This Cap on student loan money does not even pay Tuition and Housing in a out of State Community College for any student. End the Cap on Pell and SEOG Grant assistance available to Undergraduate Studies and people with old college degrees.
