The current law is to general, distinctions need to be made between the various offenses. Forcible rape, and pedophiles and multiple offenses are the highest risk and should be monitored for life. Statutory rape, carnal knowledge and all others should only carry a ten year registration which would be removed after successful completion of sex offender rehabilitation classes and all rights restored.
