Create more Pay for the American Worker

place a large tax on Companies and Corporations "Golden Parachutes" for their executives. Then give a tax rebate if they instead give their non-management employees those funds in the form of a pay raise.
this will result in the American worker getting the pay they have been due for the past 30 years. It will stimulate the economy since we will have more money to spend, and it will raise taxes for our government due to the increase in our wages. The corporate executives have so many "loop holes" that they can find ways to hide their income and pay less taxes. We the middle class pay the majority of the taxes raised by our government. this would seem to be a win win for the government, as well as the economy and would create jobs without costing anyone any extra funds.
