Create more places for children to have entertainment.

I'm a 16 year old teenager in Cookeville, Tennessee. My issue is there are no establishments for entertainment in this county. I was politely removed from an establishment which was stated as a restaurant. This establishment had no signs stating age restrictions. My Father and I went to this establishment to play billiards. The only sign stated you had to have I.D and be twenty one or older to buy alcohol. As I said we were removed politely from this establishment. My point is a child and teenager has no form of entertainment. The few establishments labeled as "entertainment" are either highly expensive or you have to be eighteen or older to enter. I hope this gets addressed.
