Create more polling places so voters don't have to wait in line for hours to vote.

In the 2012 general election, in many locations there were many people who waited hours to cast their vote, some waiting four hours or more. Please allow for more polling places in each district to prevent voters from not casting a vote because they don't want to wait in line for that long.
