create more programs utility programs and assistant program for needy families.

I work in a place called hope community services in oklahoma. I believe from what I hear from the everyday man and women, that people need assistance in paying for electricity and rent and finding a job. these are the key factors in everyday life. If we could create more programs to help those in need of these services then their would be less crime or people falling to the tough times of the economy. I seen some of these post and really people just need a boost and assistance in some things to move forward in life. As I do also.
