Create more Student Loan Reform and provide financial option for Citizens with substantial private student loan debt.

This petition is to get the government to understand that there are many citizens that are being held back in achieving success because of the amount of student loans that where given out by companies like Sallie Mae and other private lender when they should not have been lending this money. This is no different then the housing bubble and these loan companies were giving out predatory loans and the school were offering these loans to students that where not fully ware of the consequences. We need to provide option for those being overwhelmed by private student loans (bankruptcy consideration, interest reduction, revaluation loans) and school need to be honest with there student on what the risks of these loans are.
