Look to the future and remove inefficient buses from the streets. Create a webbing of tracks all over California to allow citizens access where they need to go. Whether its going into the city for business, or traveling across the cities for others means of work. Give the opportunity for stagnant communities to become dynamic and fluid. Let the state become a better, more efficient area that is open to improvement.
