create more ways that a student can pay off high loan amounts through work based programs that help America.

Most students go to school with the hopes of getting a job after they go to college that will pay them at a level that will make it possible to live comfortably and pay off the loans in a timely manner. These are hardworking individuals who give back to their community and work in the cities that they believe in. If there were more programs, in the spirit of the Work Project Administration, that would allow for payment of these loans, then I believe that people would take advantage of them and make their city, state, and local areas better. Some examples would be working with children, mentoring local individuals, volunteering in community theatre, and many other things that deserve praise but don't always get it. I think this would change the world, in my opinion.
