Gay and Lesbian couples deserve equal benefits as the traditional married couple has in the USA today: As to not offend the church's stance on the definition of "marriage" as being between a man and woman; I believe a word such as "Unified" would be appropriate for gay and lesbian committed relationships...1. applying for a "Unity License" 2. holding a "Unification Ceremony" 3. declaring that the gay and lesbian couple are now "Unified" as one! This would give fair and equal rights for happiness to all who live in this country, regardless of their sexual preferences. We the people standing strong for equal rights!
