Create the nation goat petting zoo and museum in Washington, D.C. with the acronym NGPZM.

The NGPZM would be not be a source of income, but would run purely on donations. The less it costs (in this case no cost), the more people enjoy it. It would be a fun and engaging activity in a city under a lot of stress lately. How better to distract us from the 14 trillion dollar debt than to go pet some silly little goats? The NGPZM's museum will have a goat breed wall, containing all of the over three hundred goat breeds. Along with that, there will be the results of a study diagraming how different types of oats effect the milk production of dairy goats, as well as how different types of oats effect the health of the goats. These oats would be paid for by sponsorship by an oat company, such as Quaker Oatmeal. The NGPZM will be a source of joy as well as national pride.
