Create a nation retirement fund that will be invested in safe investments for future retirees.

This petition is to prepare America for future short falls in social security and medicare. Its a national fund for future retirees for their incomes and health care if the federal government can't raise money through taxation it can use this fund to make up the short fall. This wouldn't end social security or medicare. It would give the future government a source of additional income for retirees and would be in lock box.
