Create a National 5150 Data Base

Create a National Database Tied into the National Gun Background Check to Ensure People With Certain Mental Disorders Cannot Buy a Gun. Some States have a 5 year Ban on Gun Ownership for those that have mental issues that may make them Dangerous to themselves or others, Instead of Punishing the Nation, Protect them with a simple yes or no on a background check from their Dr's through database access. The 5 year Ban should be Lifetime for all with the ability to harm themselves or other's. All new Weapon Purchases must have a Psychological Evaluation within 1 year before Purchase can be made. No Persons with the Propensity to harm themselves or others should have access, and anyone Allowing the mentally Ill person access to Un-Secured Weapons shall be Charged as if he committed the crime.
